Gary Russell

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Gary has been developing property since 1987, starting with sheltered housing before moving onto commercial units and finally culminating with his passion, residential.

Mulberry Homes was set up in 2014 with the company ethos surrounding attention to detail and personal service. Gary’s ultimate goal is to create a home, rather than just build a house.

Serena Brown

Sales & Marketing

Having worked in residential agency for over 25 years, Serena is the first port of call for anyone interested in buying or building a Mulberry Home. Her role is to work together with any potential buyer to ensure the smoothest transition, from the initial viewing of the site to its final sale.

Julia Webb

Administration

Julia oils the wheels behind the scenes, making sure all the day-to-day accounts and admin is kept in order. With tight schedules a regular occurance, her calm approach helps our contractors continue to provide the high quality craftmanship for which Mulberry Homes is known.

Maisie Russell

Trainee

Gary’s eldest daughter is already learning the ropes by helping to keep The Gables site running smoothly.

Gracie Russell

Gary’s youngest daughter is hoping to become an Architect or Civil Engineer and is already showing a keen interest in the construction industry.

Dan Wethered

Director

Hornbeam Construction are our designated build team of which Dan is the head. He works alongside Gary and Serena to deliver bespoke Mulberry Homes on time and to the highest standard. Dan has extensive experience of building to the highest specification in Wentworth and Sunningdale and his knowledge is limitless.

Jules Jermyn

Procurement

With a background in property and the construction industry, Jules is perfectly placed to find the best quality materials at the best price. Her role is to build and nurture relationships with contractors and clients alike.

Joe Davies

Site Manager

Joe is the site foreman at The Gables, overseeing Health & Safety and ensuring its smooth and safe running. A tradesman in his own right, Joe is responsible for keeping the workforce organised and providing maximum efficiency.

Russell Grace

Private Client Director

Russell has been involved in the finance industry for over 30 years and, as a people person, enjoys building strong relationships with his clients. His role at City Finance is to offer a tailor-made service, finding the right product for the right client.

Jon Boulton

Private Client Director

Jon has been involved in the property funding industry for over 35 years and joined City Finance Brokers in 2013 as a Private Client Director. Jon has many lending contacts, including a number of private banks and can fund all property related transactions.
